IM Systems is a building solutions company specializing in steel construction, prefabrication and most prominently, cargotecture.
Since incorporation in January 2004, our bespoke construction systems have over the years been deployed for office and residential projects, warehouses, banks, modular ATM shelters and technical support structures across Nigeria.
With a team of designers, technicians and fabricators, we’re able to deliver projects in any part of the country offering our extensive experience in tandem with our cost effective systems and solutions.
Our Services
Cargotecture
We remain one of the foremost companies delivering cargotecture projects around the country. We are able to upcycle shipping containers into functional habitable structures for use as offices, residences and more. This construction system provides a strong, durable and cost effective alternative to traditional construction methods saving both time and labour.
Construction
From new builds to renovation projects, we deliver construction projects of exceptional quality on time and on budget. We are proficient in concrete, masonry as well as steel construction, providing bespoke solutions to project briefs that exceed requirements.
Prefabrication
Our prefabricated, insulated wall panels offers an indigenous solution to indoor cladding needs. They are made from a fusion of three materials in one single unit guaranteeing resistance against fading, weather resistance and ease in maintenance.
